Access to CloudEXCHANGE is also possible from many other computer systems such as Apple Mac Mail which connects via Exchange Web Services, iOS on the iPhone/iPad and Google Android via the the Exchange ActiveSync protocol.

Connecting devices to the CloudEXCHANGE service is made very easy with automatic service discovery and configuration. New mailboxes and connected devices can be up and running in a few minutes.

Hosted Exchange Mailboxes can be shared by several people and the availability of a meeting room can be managed using a special room mailbox with an auto-attendent to stop conflicting bookings and inform of availability.

CloudEXCHANGE mailboxes are hosted only in the UK which is important for businesses concerned about professional regulations and cross-boarder security and is something many other email hosting providers, including Microsoft Office 365, cannot guarantee.

Each mailbox has the option of advanced anti-spam and anti-virus filtering which can be controlled by individuals and Trichromic technical support to get the adjustments just right.

Legal, financial and any other businesses can benefit from retaining email communications records for up to 10 years for compliance purposes and to help resolve disputes. Archives can be quickly searched through to find messages to or from specific people, within a certain date range or by subject.
